Hi, I’m Lisette Perez, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Qualified Supervisor (QS) with over a decade of experience helping adults find healing, clarity, and emotional strength through therapy. I founded Aspire Wellness Counseling, LLC with the mission of providing compassionate, client-centered care rooted in evidence-based practices.
My Approach
My therapeutic style is eclectic, meaning I tailor each session to your unique needs using techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and more. Clinical Supervision
As a Qualified Supervisor in Florida, I also provide clinical supervision for registered mental health counseling interns. Supporting new professionals in developing strong, ethical clinical foundations is something I deeply value.
